Final products developed by Access Web Solutions® are the sole property of the Customer once payment has been made in full. However, the initial concepts remain our property.

Access Web Solutions® PAYMENT PROCEDURES:

All services are provided according to individual agreements and contracts agreed and accepted by the customer. Once such individual arrangements have been made, we bill for the services after deliveries have been made. In certain situations we may require advance payments as agreed with the customer. Detailed conditions of payments are set in individual agreements. All payments are made based on invoices of Access Web Solutions®. We accept payments by wire transfer, check and credit card in all major currencies. However, we prefer to be paid in US $. All necessary information like wiring instructions in case of wire transfer or accessing online payment web page in case of credit card payment is advised when invoices are sent. Customers should approve all invoices and, consequently, we do not have situations when Access Web Solutions®. would have to refund payments made. However, Access Web Solutions® insist on 50% advance payment at the time of accepting our services and before the start of the work.

A customer may be required to pay a processing/ transaction fee of 2% while making payment. If the payment is not made in US $, client may be required to pay US $ 1 extra for each transaction for exchange conversion and to cover exchange rate fluctuation risk.

Note: Any outstanding payments due to us must be paid prior to the final files being sent to you.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of India.

TURNAROUND TIME:

"Normal" time taken for submission of a draft design to the client is 7 working days. "Urgent" draft design will take 3 calender days and will be charged 50% extra as 'rush' fee. Access Web Solutions® will not be responsible for any delay on the part of the client in furnishing information considered necessary and sought by Access Web Solutions in execution of the job.

Note: Calender days include weekend.

COMMUNICATION:

All communication about - and delivery of - completed work will be conducted by e-mail. You agree to confirm receipt of all e-mails from us by acknowledging "receipt" e-mail. This ensures that there is a virtual "paper trail" documenting our communications throughout the process. The completed work will be delivered to you via e-mail.

ADDITIONAL QUOTES:

In some cases we retain the right to issue an additional quote after receiving payment for a project; i.e. when you request complicated programming and/or other custom features which are not part of the stated project plan. You'll be advised if this is relevant to your project, and then have the option of accepting or rejecting this additional expense.

LEGAL JURISDICTION:

This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Venue for litigating any dispute under this Agreement shall be in the appropriate court in New Delhi, Republic of India.
